Built in
Estes Park.

Johnny’s Good Eatin’ started in 2024 with one goal: serve really good food out of a food truck.

We started with smash burgers and quickly built a loyal local following. As Johnny’s grew, so did the menu. Specials gave people a reason to come back, loaded tots became a customer favorite, and we learned to keep doing more of what people actually wanted.

Today, Johnny’s is built around our Loaded Tots, the Johnny Burger, rotating specials, and the same straightforward approach we started with—make it good, serve plenty of it, and give people a reason to come back.
